ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
Our rooms are available for occupancy on your arrival day from 1:00 p.m.  On your scheduled day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.  We would be glad to organize taxi transfers on your behalf from/to the airport or railway station.

LODGING AND PRICES:
Prices are per person and day, incl. local and federal taxes, breakfast, use of the whirlpool, sauna and steam bath and participation in the weekly activity programs offered by Innsbruck Tourism, as well as admission to the indoor pool at the Axams Recreation Center.

LODGING WITH HALF BOARD:
We are also glad to offer you lodging which includes half board, for which the price is € 10.00 to € 12.00 per person and day.

CHILDREN'S DISCOUNTS: (in parents' room)
Children up to age 4 100%
Children ages 4 to 9 50%
Children ages 9 to 15 25%
In our suites, we charge for 4 full-paying adults. Additional guests receive a 10% discount or the appropriate children's discount.

SURCHARGE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY:
€ 10.00 per person and day

WAITING LIST:
In the event that we are unable to offer you a vacancy for the desired arrival date, all hope is not yet lost!  You will be added to our waiting list in the order your request was received and, should other guests happen to cancel, you will receive the now-available room.

DOGS:
Your four-legged friend is more than welcome, though please let us know in advance. The daily rate for your dog is € 5.00 (food not included).

PARKING:
We offer parking right next to the hotel, available to our guests free of charge.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
For reserved rooms which are not cancelled more than 1 week prior to your scheduled arrival date, we charge a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the booked services, in so far as the room cannot be rented out to other guests. In the event of premature departure, we are unfortunately unable to give any price rebates.
