How far is the hotel from Innsbruck?
Innsbruck is just 10 minutes' drive from our hotel, the city center just 15 minutes. Buses run to and from the city every 15 minutes during the week, and every 30 minutes during weekends and holidays.
Which Covid measures are being taken?
In our house, we have attached great importance to high hygiene standards from the very beginning. All rooms as well as the public areas are systematically cleaned with a well-tolerated disinfectant and repeatedly ventilated. Permanent objects such as keys, pens, handrails, the lift, ... are disinfected at a higher frequency. Guests can find disinfectant dispensers in all areas of the hotel. The guests are placed at a sufficient distance in the breakfast area. Current rules of conduct are posted and can also be found in the rooms. The employees are continuously trained and regularly tested with a specially provided learning app. There is also a Covid officer and a prevention concept in our house. Completely contactless check-in and check-out are possible on request. We are happy to serve breakfast in your room and much more.
Since the regulations are still constantly changing at the moment, adjustments can be made in all areas. In any case, we do everything so that you can feel safe as a guest in our house!
How far is the hotel from the ski lifts?
Our hotel is a few minutes away from the valley station of the Götzner Bahn (Muttereralm ski area) and a few meters away from the skibus stop for the Axamer Lizum. Our guests can also ski directly back to the hotel from the Axamer Lizum, if there is enough snow in winter. Ski buses also run to other ski areas like the Stubaier Gletscher or the Schlick 2000.
What time can I check in?
The official time to check in is 3 pm. If you plan to arrive earlier please let us know so that we can do our best to let you have your room as soon as possible.
When should I check out?
The official time to check out is 11 am. If requested, we can also offer a late check out.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome, as long as they are domesticated and used to travelling and being in a hotel. Please let us know when you are booking. The board cost is 12 €/day per pet.
Is the Relax Stüberl free?
Yes, our Relax Stüberl with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, is open at any time for free.
Do you have internet?
You can use our wireless LAN free of charge in all our rooms. You only need your own laptop, smartphone,... is all you need.
Do you offer transport to and from the airport?
If you arrive at Innsbruck Airport, the best thing to do is to take a taxi. It will take you 10 minutes to get here. We could also organise transport, but because of standing costs at the airport it would be more expensive. If you arrive from Munich Airport, we recommend our partner service Four Seasons: they will take you directly from the airport to us and back.
Is there free parking?
Yes, you can park during your whole stay for free in the parking lot all around the hotel.
Is your hotel suitable for the disabled?
Our hotel is completely barrier-free, but our bathrooms are not completely handicapped accessible. We ask you to contact us to find the perfect room for you.
Can I check in later?
In our hotel you can check in whenever you like. If you get here after 8 pm please let us know, so that we can give you a code to get your room key. This way you will be able to check in anytime.
Is breakfast included in the room price?
Yes, our rich breakfast buffet is included in the room price. In case you are leaving very early, we would be glad to prepare a nice lunch package for you!
Are vegan, lactose-free or gluten-free products also available at the breakfast?
You will definitely find vegan dishes at our breakfast buffet. Lactose- and gluten-free products are also no problem. To be on the safe side, we ask you to let us know the day before so that we can fulfil all your wishes as well as possible.
Is there a restaurant?
On request, we are also happy to recommend one of the nearby restaurants in our village of Götzens or Innsbruck.
The BINIS restaurant is also located in the house and offers great local, but also international delicacies. We can also organise a delicious half-board menu for you here.
BiNi's is at the moment closed! The reopening is planned for October 2022
Is there a pool?
We do not have a pool in the building, but we offer our guests a 50% reduction (if you are staying 2 or more days) to the leisure centre Axamer Freizeitzentrum, open every day until 10 pm, where there is a beautiful swimming pool with an outdoor area. The trampoline and the slides are open in summer.
