FAQ - Frequently asked questions

How far is the hotel from Innsbruck?

Innsbruck is just 10 minutes' drive from our hotel, the city center just 15 minutes. Buses run to and from the city every 15 minutes during the week, and every 30 minutes during weekends and holidays.

How far is the hotel from the ski lifts?

Our hotel is a few minutes away from the valley station of the Götzner Bahn (Muttereralm ski area) and a few meters away from the skibus stop for the Axamer Lizum. Our guests can also ski directly back to the hotel from the Axamer Lizum, if there is enough snow in winter. 
Ski buses also run to other ski areas like the Stubaier Gletscher or the Schlick 2000.

What time can I check in?

The official time to check in is 2 pm. If you plan to arrive earlier please let us know so that we can do our best to let you have your room as soon as possible.

When should I check out?

The official time to check out is 11 am. If requested, we can also offer a late check out.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome, as long as they are domesticated and used to travelling and being in a hotel. Please let us know when you are booking. The board cost is 8 €/day per pet.

Is the Relax Stüberl free?

Yes, our Relax Stüberl with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and Jacuzzi in winter, is open at any time for free.

Have you got Internet?

In all our rooms you can use our free wireless. You just need to bring your own laptop, smartphone, or tablet.

Do you offer transport to and from the airport?

If you arrive at Innsbruck Airport, the best thing to do is to take a taxi. It will take you 10 minutes to get here. We could also organise transport, but because of standing costs at the airport it would be more expensive. If you arrive from Munich Airport, we recommend our partner service Four Seasons: they will take you directly from the airport to us and back.

Is there free parking?

Yes, you can park during your whole stay for free in the parking lot all around the hotel.

Is your hotel suitable for the disabled?

Yes, the rooms on the first floor are equipped with beds and showers suitable for wheelchairs. Not all the rooms are suitable. The lift can be taken directly from the street.

Can I check in later?

In our hotel you can check in whenever you like. If you get here after 8 pm please let us know, so that we can give you a code to get your room key. This way you will be able to check in anytime.

Is breakfast included in the room price?

Yes, our rich breakfast buffet is included in the room price. In case you are leaving very early, we would be glad to prepare a nice lunch package for you!

Is there a restaurant?

In the winter season we offer a 4-course dinner buffet in our hotel.

Our Binis Bar is probably the most beautiful hotel bar in the area. Here, pleasure reigns over all senses. It´s unique atmosphere and the blending of modern and old make it an incomparable location.
BINIS also offers a fine assortment of culinary specialties.

However, you can also choose one of the many restaurants nearby in Götzens.

Is there a pool?

We do not have a pool in the building, but we offer our guests free admission to the leisure centre, open every day until 10 pm, where there is a beautiful swimming pool with an outdoor area. The trampoline and the slides are open in summer.
